Our co***ny imported the most advanced AC-cu-Roll seamless steel pipe production line from Germany, and our products conform to API 5L, API 5CT, ASTM, DIN, JIS, GB standard. The specification of hot-rolling pipe is 114¡ª426mm*4.5¡ª55mm. The daily output can reach 300- 500 ton. We have three sloping hearth furnaces and six cold drawing machines to produce cold-drawing steel pipe of 10¡ª108mm*2¡ª26mm, and the daily output is 150 ton. Meanwhile, we can process large-diameter seamless pipe like §¶426, §¶530, §¶610, and the largest diameter is §¶820 with thickness 5-55mm, and the length can reach 14m, which fill the gap of Huabei area in China.
The main production equipments: 10KV substation, gas rotating heat, double-column sawing machine, piercing mill, 3-roller sizing mill, 6-roller strengthening machine, cold bed, high pressure phosphorus removing facilities, ultrasonic flaw ***ector, hydraulic test machine etc. The electric control equipment is imported from siemen co***ny. The whole line adopts automatic control, using rotating heat and make gas as its fuels. Huike is the first co***ny to import this advanced technology in Hebei province.
Our co***ny can do all the chemical analysis and physical experiments to different steel material and steel pipes in the lab. The co***ny has the most advanced two dimension magnetic leakage test, eddy defect ***ector, ultrasonic flaw ***ector, and hydraulic test machine, which can satisfy various standard tests and experiment requirements.
